It takes all of us working together to ensure the safety, enjoyment, fair use and owner’s investments in Summerlin Village Condominiums.
Please remember:
- NO SMOKING on SVC Property
- ONE numbered parking space assigned to each unit (owner/renter)
- Adhere to all Pool rules posted at pool (including covering chairs)
- Guest parking limited to 1 week max, parking pass must be visible on dashboard or hung on rearview mirror
- Handicap spaces require a legal handicap tag
- NO DOGS allowed. Service/support animals require approval from SVC Board
- Bikes are to be labeled (owners name and condo number) and stored in shed provided by SVC
- Nothing can be draped over any railings or outside furniture (i.e. wet towels, bathing suits)
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 P.M to 8:00 A.M.
- Motorcycles, RV’s, ATV’s, boats, commercial vehicles and golf carts are not permitted on SVC premises
